Дело еще в том, что apt-get -f install считает что нужно установить только
pam-config pam_passwdqc
В списке пакетов для обновления ничего про pam нет. (те пакеты - в списке
новых пакетов для установки)
Достаточно ли будет просто
rpm -U pam-config* pam_passwdqc*
(в принципе, как я понимаю, apt-get это пытается сделать сам, только
без --force)
или необходимо выкачать оставшие пакеты в ручную и установить все сразу?
