У меня точно такое ("Device not accepting address 2...
Trying 3... Error.") было когда я купил USB-мышу,
а раньше с тем же результатом я пробовал USB-флешку.
Только когда мышу купил пришлось таки побороть
лень и занятся проблемой. Сначала грешил на глюки
в биосе матплаты (тут в рассылке накопал по этому
инфу) пока не пошёл в биос и не заметил,
что у меня там USB-контролер отключен!
Я то его отключил чтобы не занимал
дополнительных ресурсов системы.
Включил его в биосе и всё заработало отлично.
Может и у тебя то-же самое?
