При этом /dev/mouse -- симлинк на /dev/usbmouse, /dev/usbmouse -- симлинк на
/dev/input/mouse0,

(желтого цвета :))
service usb restart
напрочь убивает все признаки мышиной жизни (там светодиодики горят, когда
она работает... Если после стендбая мышь выткнуть-воткнуть, они гореть
начинают, но мышь не работает. После usb restart и это свечение жизни
гаснет).
Хорошо хоть, время после стендбая не скачет (эт тут параллельно обсуждают).
Время установлено местное, не гмт, ядро 2.2.18-ipl5mdk-up
