Кто объяснит, хорошо это или плохо, но вот такая вещь:
PING 209.227.104.217 (209.227.104.217): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 209.227.104.217: icmp_seq=0 ttl=241 time=189.9 ms
64 bytes from 209.227.104.217: icmp_seq=0 ttl=241 time=190.8 ms (DUP!)
и это стабильно и всегда - дублирование пакетов.
Думаю, что это скорее плохо, чем хорошо. В мане пинга как-то неопределенно
про это написано.
