Hello!
После мощного обновления initscripts из Сизифа до версии 5.48 и связанных
(конфликтующих) с ним пакетов после остановки системы командой halt
перестало выключаться питание на ATX. Подскажите, где копать.

Это feature :-) теперь питание выключается по команде poweroff. А при
halt -- нет.
