Добрый день!
Пытаюсь-таки запустить 'apt-get update'. На этот раз с зеркала на ftp.chg.ru (раз уж ftp.altlinux.ru непременно хочет passive, который не хочет мой прокси). Но он не отзывается ни на ping, ни на ftp :-(. Проверьте, пожалуйста, кому не трудно, он и вправду лежит, или надо пинать провайдера.
