Если речь о sendmail, то о такой команде не знаю.
Удаляю почти вручную (скрипт написал):
- убить sendmail, который отправляет сообщение (если mailq после id сообщения не выводит '*', то оно ещё не отправляется, sendmail убивать не надо)
- удалить файлы с id из /var/spool/mqueue
Voila!

Здаю, что должна быть такая команда, но никак
на нее не выйду :(
