По-моему, это параметр apt, а не rpm.

Когда я прощался с 2.2.х, то просто написал (не забудьте про ваши параметры)
rpm -e --nodeps kernel-2.2.19... alsa-2.2.19.... kernel-headers-2.2.19...
то бишь все, что связано с данным ядром напрямую. И ничего, работаю пока
нормально...
