Написано, что в ядре 2.4.8 "Robert Love: merge emu10k sound driver. This one
is better ("Yeah, you actually get sound out of it")".
Вопрос: это про стандартный драйвер речь идет, про alsa или, раз он merged,
он теперь один? Что именно в нем круто так?
(или ткините где про эти изменения прочитать, плз)

Драйвер в ядре обновлен до его более новой версии, взять которую можно здесь:
http://opensource.creative.com.
PS В наших ядрах он и так всегда обновляется оттуда же.
