Раз в две недели (хоть по календарю проверяй) у
кого-нибудь, да возникает вопрос по компиляции.

Вопрос размусолен, отражен в FAQ и в архивах рассылки.

P.S. Замечания относительно функционирования Oracle
тоже пробегали недавно.
