Тоже самое, потыкался - ничего не получилось. Легче оказалось уговорить
администратора открывать прямой доступ на часик-другой в недельку. Причем
одного ftp-порта недостаточно. Проблема наверное в том, что wget ( а я как
понимаю apt-get им пользуется ) по одному файлу выкачивает, а вместо списка
файлов squid выдает ему хтмл-страницу с этим списком, в которой он и не может
разобраться.
