Да, через socks прокси сервер licq работает. У меня на сервере dante, на
рабочем месте запускаю socksify licq - работает. Можно через socks от
socks.nec.com, но у меня не получилось. licq должна быть собрана с поддержкой
socks5 и без поддержки openssl. При пересборке (licq из REbeta собрана без
socks) имелись траблы, были решены, если интересно - пишите на мыло.

Модуль для пересылки сообщений аськи на мыло.

Для работы того варианта, которым я пользуюсь, нужны настройки аськи и
прокси, отличающиеся от default.
