К сожалению оригинальный патч на данное ядро не наложить, ибо в системе уже
присутствуют следы этого патча :)

Я собрал пакет vlan-utils22 из Сизифа (попутно пересобрав кучу требуемых
пакетов). Но увы не работает, при попытке запуска vconfig add eth0 150
получаю ERROR:  Could not open /proc/vlan/config
Что бы это значило? Надо пересобирать ядро по новой?
Модуль 802_1Q.o в системе присутствует.

Если в /lib/modules/[2.2.x-kernel]/misc есть модуль 802_1Q.o, то можно
попробовать взять из Сизифа SRPM vlan-utils22 и собрать RPM, предварительно
поправив spec-файл под свою систему.
