Привет всем!
Вот такая маленькая проблема. Вообще-то у меня стоит MDK 7.0 не RE. Но вот
захотелось поглядеть на последний gnumeric, скачал c IPLabs ftp rpm-ку, стал
ставить - выдал кучу зависимостей, выкачивал все, что оно, и зависимости
тоже, просили. В итоге, накачал где-то 25 мегабайт, включая новый glibc,
gtk+ и т.д. Когда все установил - все работало (правда пришлось выкачать еще
и db1.что-то_там.rpm да db2, потому как libdb.so.2 b libdb.so3 странным
образом переползли из glibc в эти пакеты (это так должно было быть?), а без
них сендмыл и апач не работали).
Но теперь любое gtk приложение ругается на "locale not supported by C
library", и соответственно никакого (почти) русифицирования приложений. Или
я что-то не понимаю, или glibc в пакете действительно собран без locale
support (?), или в RE все это реализовано совсем уж как-то по другому... А
может еще какие пакеты надо поставить, про которые в зависимостях и не
упоминается (похоже - весь новый дистрибутив :-)?

P.S. Почему-то кажется, что с новым glibc гном как-то быстрее забегал.
