Дык поэтому и ругается, что нет таких макросов больше.
Посмотеть можно
/etc/rpm/macros.d/perl
/usr/lib/rpm/macros
/usr/lib/rpm/<архитектура>/macros
А ещё проще - взять какой-нибудь новый perl-*.src.rpm и посмотреть в его
spec
