Я пользовался telneat-ом (вроде ничего, но иногда глючит).
Недавно рекомендовали Irlex, но энто целый пакет, нуждающийся в настройке
(судя по описанию очень даже неплохая вещь, правда поддержку его вроде бы
прекратили).
