В информации не хватает сведений о CD-ROM (DVD-ROM, ZIP, etc)

1. Разнесите HDD и CD-ROM на разные шлейфы.
2. В БИОСе у ВСЕХ устройств сидяших на том же шлейфе на котором CD-ROM
выключите UDMA и поставьте PIO-mode в 0
3. После инсталляции можете попробывать вернуть CD-ROMу PIO-mode 4
P.S.
Проверено в субботу.
