В /etc/rc.d/rc.local выполяется некая программа /usr/bin/linux_logo. Она
берет информацмю из файла /proc/cpuinfo. Если выполнить linux_logo --help, то
можно узнать, что в ключе -e можно задать имя файла, из которого брать
информацию. Я копировал /proc/cpuinfo в /etc, исправлял его и подставлял с
ключем -e в linux_logo.
