В чем дело, я так окончательно не выяснил, у меня вылечилось обновлением
дров до 1512 (или какая там последняя версия...). А вообще такие проблемы
проявляются при запуске X в 5-ом уровне запуска (runlevel 5). Судя по логам,
из-за того, что расширение GLX от nvidia грузится два раза, после чего
конфликтует само с собой...
А также иногда после выхода из программы NV-GLX остается в памяти и при
последующих запусках OpenGL приложений копии множатся........
