У меня дома очень хорошо работает Aver TV-Phone на чипсете BT848
четырёхлетней давности. Единственный минус этой старой железки - для
какого-то одног кабельного канала приходится вручную вводить очень большую
расстройку, а она не запоминается в настройках (Пользую Xawtv из Юниора, да
и вся система Юниор). Хорошие отзывы о всех железках на BT848, BT878. А
лучшая документация в самом Юниоре в описании на ядро, по- моему. Всякие хау
ту только сбивали с толку, а там всё расписано как надо. Будут вопросы -
пишите.
