Можно. В LIRC (поддержка пультов ДУ (особенно для ТВ карточек)) есть
инструкции как организовать это с пультом. Но принцип таков, что с реальной
мышкой все еще проще. Просто делаем запись в X86Config в моем даже пример
был готовый :). И все играют в "перетяни курсор".
