Честно говоря по мне лучше звук, чем видео. Все-таки видео,
действительно, быстро не сделаешь, а если сделаешь, то всего
на проекционном экране не увидишь из-за невысокого
разрешения камеры. На людей разве что посмотреть, но это -
для визуалов. А вот со звуком по-моему сейчас гораздо проще:
положить диктофон перед выступающими, а после выступлений
останется скинуть на компьютер и разделить на файлы по
докладам.
