У меня примерно такая же херня: пытаюсь установить на ALTLinux Junior 2.2
средства разработки - компилятор, он мне нужен чтобы поставить дрова для
модема. APT то пишет , что пакеты битые, то что он их не находит. Проверял
специальной командой - все нормально - все пакеты Ок. У меня никакие пакеты
средств разработки не ставятся: rpm-build, Gcc3.21, gcc-devel & et... не
через команды APT, не через rpm, не через synaptic.
