[Comm-en] ALT Education 11.2 RC 2

The second release candidate of ALT Education 11.2 (RC2) has been
built. It follows the first one immediately and supersedes it.

The rebuild is our own fault. We did not finish removing the UAV
software set: it disappeared from ALT Components, but the group in
the installer and the packages themselves stayed on the image, so
picking the group still installed the set. In RC2 it is gone
completely. RC2 also carries a fix that did not make it into RC1.

What changed since RC1:

  - The "UAV software" set is gone completely: the group of the same
    name is no longer offered among the additional applications in the
    installer, and qgroundcontrol and inav-configurator have been
    dropped from the image. The robotics software set is unaffected.
  - Fixed a black screen after waking from suspend on NVIDIA GeForce
    RTX 4060 Ti graphics cards: the machine woke up, but the graphical
    session never came back and only a reboot helped. The fix is part
    of the base installation, nothing has to be enabled by hand.
