The second release candidate of ALT Education 11.1 has been built.

Key changes compared to RC1:

* KDE/Plasma stack updated from `6.4.6 → 6.5.5`, KDE Frameworks from 
`6.20.0 → 6.23.0`.
* **ALT Components** updated (`0.6.3 → 0.6.10`): fixed segfault, virtual 
packages, added sorting and icon.
* Documentation updated: added Jitsi Meet to educational resources.

Key software updates included in the image:

* KDE educational applications updated from `25.08 → 25.12.2`: `cantor`, 
`kalgebra`, `kbruch`, `kgeography`, `kturtle`, `kwordquiz`, `marble`, 
`minuet`, `step`.
* **GNU Octave** updated: `9.4.0 → 11.1.0`.
* **Gazebo Sim** updated: `9.0.0 → 10.1.0` — fixed plugins, segfault, 
GUI launch.
* **Chromium** updated: `142.0.7444.175 → 144.0.7559.132` (32 CVE fixes).
* KDE applications updated from `25.08 → 25.12.2`: `dolphin`, `konsole`, 
`kate`, `ark`, `gwenview`, `okular`, `filelight`.
* Linux kernel updated: `6.12.61 → 6.12.74`.
* **NetworkManager** updated: `1.52.1 → 1.54.3`.
* **SANE** updated: `1.2.1 → 1.4.0`.
