[Comm-en] Distribution Release: ALT Virtualization 10.2

Greetings!

We are glad to present the update of the ALT Virtualization 10.2 OS, the 
next release on the platform 10 (p10 Aronia branch). The assembly is 
prepared for x86_64 and AArch64.

* The system environment based on the Linux kernel un-def-6.1.85, 
systemd 249.17.

* PVE 7.4

** A dark theme for the web interface is available now.
** Virtual machines and containers sorting by name added.
** The capabilities of the CRS have been expanded.

* OpenNebula 6.2

** The LXC container virtualization system, several improvements have 
been added to the LXC drivers.
** A dark interface theme is available.
** The new Zone shutdown feature is useful for maintenance activities.

FreeIPA 4.9.14.
QEMU 8.2.
Libvirt 9.7.
Ceph 17.2 (Quincy).
