[Comm-en] ALT Education 11.2 RC 1

The first release candidate of ALT Education 11.2 (RC1) has been built.

Highlights:

  - Veyon (classroom management) now works in a Wayland session; the
    work was upstreamed and shipped in Veyon 4.10.4 → 4.11.0.
  - Xfce got touchscreen configuration: monitor mapping, rotation and
    reflection. Upstreamed as well.
  - Fixed Wi-Fi dropping out on MediaTek MT7921/MT7922 after suspend or
    a lost connection; the image ships kernel 6.12.85 → 6.12.96.
  - Stellarium is now actually installed.
  - Domain controller software added — it installs straight from the
    disc with no network; the server applications set now ships
    PostgreSQL 16.
  - The "UAV software" component was removed from the edition; the
    packages remain in the on-image repository.
  - Printing: duplex on the Pantum P3300DN fixed, HP drivers for 24
    printer series added.
  - QGIS 3.44.7 → 4.2.0, Qt Creator 18.0.2 → 20.0.0, Lazarus 4.6 → 4.8,
    Geany 2.0 → 2.1; in the vocational and higher education sets Java 25
    was replaced with Java 21.
  - Security fixes: Thunderbird (40), curl (18), jq (16), Dovecot (16),
    Apache (13), Nextcloud (10).

Known issue: Arduino IDE upstream has blocked access to its board and
library catalogue for Russia, so the list stays empty.
