[Comm-en] ALT Education 11.2 RC 3

The third release candidate of ALT Education 11.2 (RC3) has been
built. It follows the second one and supersedes it.

What changed since RC2:

  - The Samba domain controller has been removed from the
    distribution. In RC1 it was added to the "Server software for
    education" set; in RC3 it is dropped from that set and the
    packages are gone from the image.
  - The Samba client side is unaffected: the system still joins a
    Samba or Active Directory domain with the full set of client
    features, and everything needed is part of the base installation.
  - Fixed a black screen after waking from suspend on NVIDIA GeForce
    RTX 5080 graphics cards. RC2 carried the same fix for the GeForce
    RTX 4060 Ti.
  - Java 21, FreeRDP, libgit2, cifs-utils and a number of system
    packages have been updated, closing 20 security issues.
  - Applications of the KDE desktop environment updated
    26.04.2 → 26.04.3.
