Plus sometimes the disks entered into fsck and I didn't know what took so long, it did not want to get out of the plymouth screen. Some while ago the newest m-p did not work on 5.0/5.1 installs, and it didn't accept disabling plymouth. So as you know I forked and made some changes on that older m-p and am still using it for small setups :D >> gfxboot -ls -a /boot/splash/message >> gfxboot --add-files /path/to/new/back.jpg -a /boot/splash/message >> The commands work like here: http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Gfxboot >> (sorry for the suse link Mike) > Thanks, I've only dealt with that via branding.spec so far :) > I tested setups first :) --------------enig7BBB6058CBAEA1C2E209E251 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAlAbAocACgkQfhBN3EIi2KqVugCgyQg4c5o6lewNvIJoCWU1fCuW wfMAoKsk+L9ZgPXabm3QN0p11rW0mMRz =Cl9b -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enig7BBB6058CBAEA1C2E209E251--
