[Comm-en] gpupdate 0.12.0 Release

A major update of gpupdate package 0.12.0 is available in sisyphus 
branch; it is a tool designed to apply Group Policy settings in ALT 
distributions.

A new feature has appeared: * Thunderbird Management.

New policies:
* Set a unique directory name during the automount (the name will be 
displayed in the file browser).
* Remove the prefix from the symbolic link to the directory when 
automounting (by default, the name of the mounted directory begins with 
the prefix net).
* Assign a timeout in the automount configuration (autofs).

Improvements:
* Improved logic of applying KDE Desktop Wallpapers policy.
* Environment variables setting file is updated every time gpupdate is 
applied. Environment variables previous values (e.g., proxy) will be 
deleted if they are not specified in the policies.
* In case of a forced gpupdate ( --force key), this appears in the log 
journal.
* Previous policy key values are stored in the dconf database. This 
makes it possible to compare newly installed keys with the old values. 
The comparison function will appear in GPResult utility starting from 
version 0.0.3.

The gpupdate 0.12.0 features ADMX ALT files released in the version 
admx-basealt 0.2.1.
