[Comm-en] This Week in ALT #25

Good day to you!

Together with the ALT Gnome community, the This Week in ALT resource [1] 
was created, opening the doors to the podium for all community members 
and those who help it in various areas that previously went unnoticed. 
It also provides users and anyone who cares about ALT Linux with a 
convenient place where everyone can share news about their work and be 
heard!

The resource is developed and hosted on the ALT Linux Space infrastructure.

ReadySet

Primary setup wizard in GNOME "Ready, Set, Go!"

Version 0.7.3:

- Added existing-user mode for configuring an existing user. Implemented 
copying of files from the initial-setup account to the created user 
using the CopyToUser method. The existing-user mode is supported by the 
Welcome, Keyboard, and License Agreement plugins. The Language plugin is 
disabled in this mode.
- The mechanism for enabling/disabling plugins changed — the accessible 
property was renamed to 'enabled', and control is managed via the 
'step-<step-id>-enabled' context.
- Added README documentation for the keyboard, language, user, and 
welcome plugins.

The Nebula package has been added to the ALT Linux repositories 
(sisyphus and p11 branches).
Nebula is a modern overlay network from Slack that allows you to connect 
devices into a single private infrastructure over the internet. It 
builds direct connections between nodes, automatically discovers them, 
and ensures stable operation even behind NAT and in complex network 
conditions. Suitable for connecting servers, home infrastructures, and 
distributed sites.

Download the first release candidate 11.2 RC1 (x86-64, aarch64):

- Kernel 6.12 LTS is available to avoid possible compatibility issues, 
and kernel 6.18 LTS is also available for installation.
- Added the Tuner-Alt-Components plugin for managing ALT Components from 
the Tuner control center. The interface was adapted from QT to 
Libadwaita with a simpler user experience.
