[Comm-en] Sisyphus multi-language

Hello!

I have updated Prometeus to support English messages,
see my test farm http://www.spb.altlinux.ru/en/

There are still some bugs, for example in RPM Groups list, but
I'm working on them =)

Those who want to help us in sisyphus.ru translation
should download Prometeus sources:

http://git.altlinux.org/people/bga/packages/prometeus.git

and compare Russain pages against English ones:

prometeus/web/html/*.shtml  - prometeus/web/html/en/*.shtml
prometeus/web/html/htf/ru/* - prometeus/web/html/htf/en/*

To make other new translation one should copy html/en folder
to html/<lang> and html/htf/en to html/htf/<lang> and
replace English text with his national.

The maintainter's packages page is broken, see
http://www.spb.altlinux.ru/en/packager/real/srpms , for example. The
main page has troubles with a closing </b> tag after APT, too.

I guess more strings could be translated:

inc/top.shtml :
 button titles ("site news", "security fixes", etc.)

index.shtml :
 "... and it's usage may result in unpredictable damage.
 You want to use ALT Linux distributions and updates
 if you want to have reliable system."

 "sort maintainers by amount of packages"

news.shtml :
 "News" and announce itself.

project.shtml :
 More information about Prometeus

repostats.pl_repoList.htf :
 "ALT Linux repositories", "ALT Linux repos"

if you found more say to me.. This is verry Good and Charming see
Sisyphus in Portuguese.

My personal suggestion is to treat only as br (and no pt_br)

About News, I will translate of Russian to Portuguese.

About srpm.pl_patchList.htf : 
"Patch", "Download" in portuguese developer world is Patch and Download ahahaha..

Actually, there is no need to translate old (obsolete) news.
Recent are more interesting.

Well, I think Prometeus is completely translated now,
so we could publish it at official place (sisyphus.ru).
Any ideas?
