Hello everybody,

ALT Linux proudly presents a new release of our key distribution,
ALT Linux 6.0 Centaurus. This is a universal GNU/Linux
distribution intended for use on servers, desktop systems and laptops.

* Support for manual system services setup and web-based configuration usin=

* Deployment of server and desktop solutions from single disk.
* Hybrid ISO image suitable for USB flash drives.

* Remote install via VNC.

Distribution contains GNOME2 and FVWM, kernel 3.0.7 (std-def)=20
and 2.6.32 (el-smp and ovz-el).

The most interesting part of server functionality is "ALT domain". This is=

a Single sign-on implementation that integrates LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, Samba,=

DHCP, Postfix, Dovecot, network install and software update services.
