Всем привет.
Некоторое время существует русскоязычный сайт по одной из самых популярных и
мощных тикетных систем Request Tracker: http://request-tracker.ru/
Сайт запустил наш соотечественник Руслан Закиров, один из основных
разработчиков RT. Он жалуется, что практически нулевая активность
пользователей, и, если так будет продолжаться, то писать он перестанет,
т.к. смысла нет.
Поэтому "рекламирую" этот сайт здесь. Знаю, что RT используют очень многие,
возможно, они есть и в этой рассылке :)
