Что-то я вот так не думаю - если у вас 100 контейнеров, то сколько же
будет грузиться ваша тачка...

Да нет, но немного геморное.
Надо поменять названия каталогов в /var/lib/vz/{private,root},
переименовать конфиг в /etc/vz/conf, поправить его, и исправить симлинк
в /etc/vz/names.
Вроде и всё... а там ещё с vzquota надо поиграть, но это я уже на память
не скажу.
