hi all
Даже не знаю куда спрашивать такое.
Есть в win-мире такая штука как WMI.

Я не очень понимаю, что это такое, но одна из функций -- это, к примеру,
сбор инфо о "железе". Т.е. можно собрать инфо о всех машинах сети, ну и
запланировать смену HD итп. Но это далеко не все его (WMI) возможности.
Кто-то хоть как-то сталкивался с этим применительно к нашей ОС?
Т.е. как-то этот WMI реализован в nix?
Люди тут интересуются, я совершенно ничего не могу им ответить. :(
