Я уже скоро устану повторять :) читайте документацию и конфиги (в
конфигах всё описано). Вот выдержка из конфига(30-rules.conf):
# a string to prepend to Subject (for local recipients only) if mail could

#$undecipherable_subject_tag = '***UNCHECKED*** '; # undef disables it
Выставьте этот параметр :
$undecipherable_subject_tag = undef;
Ещё как рекомендация, согласуйте в почтовой системе(postfix или др.)
размер пересылаемого письма и размер проверяемого письма в
антивирусной системе(amavis+clamav).
