Я обычно настраиваю фаервол не для того, чтобы закрывать ныне существующие сервисы, а для того, чтобы предотвратить коннект к вновь появляющимся :) Хорошо настроенный фаервол позволит защититься от троянов, хотя бы наиболее простых. Также со временем можете забыть о новых сервисах или поднять их в "тестовом" режиме. Так что лучше всего настраивать фаервол и настраивать не просто закрывая что-то, а закрывая все и открывая только то, что нужно.
