Тут сильно зависит от того, какие пакеты (входящие, исходящие,
транзитные) ты маркируешь, и зачем тебе нужно их видеть. Как вариант
создай новую цепочку, в корой все пакеты будут записываться в syslog с
некой периодичностью (модуль лимит). А маркированные пакеты отправь в
эту цепочку. Тогда ты их увидишь. И iptables тебе потом скажет
сколько раз пакеты были переданы в эту цепочку.
