Проверьте права на файл gb5.zone (named:named 600).
Укажите в секциях host или глобально (dhcpd.conf) явно опцию
ddns-hostname.
Была подобная проблема, решилась настройкой клиента, поскольку
dhcp-сервер не получал от клиента имя. Впрочем, имя (ddns-hostname)
можно сгенерить через dhcp-eval.
