In addition, academic use of VirtualBox is also permitted free of charge by

If you do not belong to either category, you will have to purchase a

Либо я плохо понимаю английский, либо здесь написано, что бесплатное
использование возможно либо для персонального пользования, либо для
ознакомления с продуктом. В противном случае необходимо приобрести
коммерческую лицензию.
Если верен первый вариант, и мои познания в английском слишком скудны, прошу
указать правильный перевод (если не затруднит).
