В network - ничего. Запуск dbus и hal был сдвинут на как можно раннее
время, чтобы раньше запускался NetworkManager, поближе к network.
Думаю, можно вполне безболезненно передвинуть их чуть вверх, раз это
создает проблемы. Повесьте багу на dbus.
