Так же в ALT Linux есть такие пакеты:
http://sisyphus.ru/srpm/Sisyphus/postgresql8.2_1C
http://sisyphus.ru/srpm/Sisyphus/postgresql-8.2eter
http://sisyphus.ru/srpm/Sisyphus/postgresql-8.3eter
от 1С вам нужны их пакеты 1C_Enterprise*rpm
postgersql от них вам не нужен.
