На всякий случай привожу свой пример:
label alt-server
kernel /alt-server/alt0/vmlinuz
append initrd=/alt-server/alt0/full.cz xdriver=auto ramdisk_size=65536
lang=ru_RU vga=0x314 splash=silent sp
lashcount=17 showopts
automatic=method:nfs,network:dhcp,server:10.10.19.75,directory:/mnt/alt-s/
