Майк, кончай пиарить барахольные изыски ;) Из тех систем, что мне
попадались с FBDIMM (а попадалось мне их в последнее время много, а не
полторы штуки на стенд посмотреть), замеченных проблем не было ни у одной.
Разве что память там увеличивается не совсем пропорционально (8-16-32,
24Gb ну никак не получается). Материнки - либо от SuperMicro, либо Dell'ы,
либо ASUS'ы (sic!).

_аппаратное_ ограничение чипсета от архитектуры не зависит.
