в чистом виде задача решается с помощью esfq. правда он безклассовая, так
что не подкрутишь. но канал исправно делит по ip адресам назначения. и
действильно простой :)
но это решение "в чистом виде". для хоть какой-нить гибкости все равно
придется крутить какой-нить htb.
