Здравствуйте!
Мне приходится ночью с 4 до 7-30 утра отключать почтовый сервер
(из за жары) - это самое оптимальное и не критическое время для работы
почтовика, но иногда одному моему пользователю из Америки пишут в это время
письмо и как потом утверждают оно возвращается. Я насколько знаю письмо, если
не может отправиться в следствии каких либо проблем с удаленным
сервером, то оно должно находится в spool около 4 часов.
Насколько я прав и где можно про прочитать про time out, что бы
аргументировать свои ответы?
P.S. я понимаю, что выключение сервера это неправильный вариант, но с учетом
того, как меня обезпечивает организация "своевременно" новыми комплектующими
взамен вышедших из строя, приходится идти на такой вот шаг
