можно сделать обертку на apt (типа vzapt, которая был обновляла пакеты
внутри VE из HN), но это чревато дырками в безопасности (см. примеры в
util-vserver). Поэтому пока либо mount --bind внутрь VE, либо обновлять VE
"изнутри" через внешний репозиторий.
