Можно попробовать взять "альтернативную" прошивку.
Там линукс, со всеми вытекающими (можно свои скрипты напихать, можно
cron...)
Только повозиться надо (чтобы пересложить fs image). Но будет работать :-)
Смогу чегой-то подсказать, наверное. Если что Ж-)
