Погугли amanda cdrw taper, но помнится, для болванок были более
подходящие средства. Посмотри, кстати, mondo/mindi для full
system backup (делает комплект загружабельных дисков) или
mkcdrec. К последнему есть патчик про romfs, вообще если
возьмёшься допилить до пакета -- с меня пыво.
